Delete your Alemia account

You can request account deletion from the app or, when you no longer have access, through the public form below.

From the Alemia app

  1. Open Profile, then Settings.
  2. Select Delete my account.
  3. Confirm the request. It will be sent to the Alemia team.

Data deleted or disassociated

  • Profile, authentication identifiers and session tokens.
  • Learning progress, quiz attempts and submitted assignments, subject to applicable obligations.
  • Bookings, enrolments and reviews linked to the account where deletion is legally and technically possible.
  • Profile photo and other personal files directly linked to the account.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security obligations. Instructor course content may be archived to preserve access for learners who are already enrolled. Retention is limited to what is strictly necessary.

Processing time

After your email address is verified, the request is recorded. Alemia processes it as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, unless a legal obligation or exceptional difficulty applies.

Public deletion request

Enter the email address associated with your account. When it matches an Alemia account, a confirmation link valid for one hour is sent.

To protect your account, no deletion request is created until the email link is confirmed.
